摘 要:从欧洲Galileo系统出发,讨论了ERIS中国区域完备性监测在中国实施的必要性,全面解析了Galile-o系统完备性监测指标SISMA的基本概念,讨论了相应的SISMA数学模型和数据处理方法,采用仿真的Galileo轨道以及GPS精密轨道,利用Galileo系统设计的30个GSS和中国区域的"网络工程"28个CORS进行全球和中国区域的完备性监测SISMA指标计算。结果表明,GPS系统的SISMA值要比Galileo系统计算的SISMA值精度稍高且稍显均匀;中国区域计算的SISMA值要比全球SISMA值精度高;在中国区域内,58站计算SISMA精度一般优于5 cm,精度最高且精度变化均匀;中国28站计算的SISMA值一般情况下优于欧洲30站计算的SISMA值。Basic concept of SISMA for integrity monitoring of Galileo system was analysed, corresponding mathematical model of SISMA and data processing method was discussed, SISMA for integrity monitoring of global and China region with 30 GSS designed by Galileo system and 28 CORS in China region was computed by emulational Galileo orbits and GPS precise orbits. The result showed that: the precision of SISMA of GPS was slightly higher and better-proportioned than that of Galileo system; The precision of SISMA computed in China region was higher than that in global region; In China region, SISMA computed by 58 stations was commonly prior to 5cm, had a higher precision and was well-proportioned. SISMA computed by 28 China regional stations was commonly prior to that of 30 stations in Europe.
