平板平面度检定及数据处理方法的改进

摘  要:对2005年发布实施的国家计量检定规程中的平板检定规程(JJG 117-2005)进行了研究,分析了其中附录A的算例给出的结果,发现其由测线构成的网络观测数据闭合差很大,且存在同一测点有多个不同解值等问题。基于测量误差理论导出了闭合差限差公式,研制出改进的桥板装置,提出了节距法平板检定的改进操作法,以及采用最小二乘间接观测平差数据处理方法。实验测量结果表明,以上改进可显著性提高平板检定的精度和可靠性水平。The Calibration Specification of Plate-gauge (JJG 117-2005) included in National Metrology Testing Regulation issured in 2005 is studied, in which the results given in an ex ample of appendix A is analyzed. The results show that the loop closures induced by the er rors of observation data are too large and a same measuring point has several different solutions. In this paper, in order to solve the problems, the tolerance formula of the loop closures is derived based on the surveying error theory; an improved bridge device is developed and a modified operational sequence for calibrating plate-gauge by pitch method is presented; as well as the method of least squares adjustment is adopted for observation data processing. The results of an experiment for the calibration demonstrate that the improvements made in this paper can significantly increase the level of accuracy and reliability of the calibration.
