摘　　要：简述转炉实现负能炼钢的工艺流程,介绍武钢炼钢总厂三分厂实现转炉负能炼钢的实际情况及其所采取的措施。The present paper briefly introduces the principle of converter steelmaking with minus energy consumption and introduces the actual results of the new process in No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO and finally puts forward some basic measurements adopted to develop the process.
