摘 要:为了了解武钢烧结矿中各种矿物的显微硬度,以便更好地发展显微硬度高的矿物,从而有针对性地提高烧结矿的强度,对武钢烧结矿进行显微硬度的检测。通过检测发现,烧结矿中常见矿物的显微硬度从高到低的顺序大致为:赤铁矿—铁酸钙—磁铁矿—玻璃相。烧结矿中应多发展赤铁矿和铁酸钙,减少玻璃相的生成,不仅可以降低燃耗,提高还原性,还可以提高烧结矿的强度。In order to develop the mineral with high micro hardness more effectively so as to raise the strength of the sintered ore of WISCO, the micro hardness of the sintered ore of WISCO has been checked and examined to know the micro hardness of the various minerals in the sintered ore of WISCO. It's found that the order of the micro hardness of the ordinary minerals in the sintered ore is arranged from high to low approximately as below: hematite-calcium ferrite-magnetite-glass phase. More hematite and calcium ferrite have to be developed and formation of the glass phase has to be checked in the sintered ore. In this way not only the consumption can be reduced and the reducibility raised, but the strength of the sintered ore can also be improved.
