摘　　要：阐述了伴随着语音编码等技术的进步而发展的语言评价技术，以及在语音评价技术中如何确定影响语音质量的因素事件及找到主观评价与客观评价的评价尺度给予了说明。The speech evaluation technique is as development as the advance of speech coding technique.The crux of the speech evaluation technique is how to determine the factors which influence the speech quality and to find the evaluation scale between subjective and objective evaluation methods.
