摘　　要：扩大弱势群体政治参与问题是我国社会主义现代化建设进程中的一个重大问题,解决这一问题需要弱势群体自身、社会、中国共产党和政府各方面多层次的共同努力,本着"有序"的原则,逐步解决。How to expand political participation of the disadvantaged group is one important issue in the socialism modernization process of our country. And this issue is a systematic project which needs to be solved gradually in the fight order and requests the multiple struggles from the disadvantaged group themselves, our society, our party and government.
