摘　　要：论述并分析了煤与瓦斯突出危险性预测技术的发展现状,通过传统的煤与瓦斯突出静态(不连续或接触式)预测方法与动态(连续或不接触)预测方法的对比,指出了传统静态不连续预测方法的不足以及动态连续预测方法存在的问题;讨论了突出预测预报的发展趋势。Discusses and analyses the state - of - the - art of prediction techniques for coal and gas outburst hazard and prevention techniques. Compared traditional staic predictions for coal and gas outburst （discontinuous or contact） with flourish dynamic predictions（ continuous or non -contact） ,it points out many questions and deficiencies in traditional discontinuous non - contact staic methods and traditional continuous contact dynamic methods for prediction. Finally,it probes the trend of forecasting outburst.
