摘 要:为给金盏菊栽培技术的改进及新种选育提供理论依据,在人工模拟持续干旱条件下,研究了膜脂过氧化及保护酶活性等生理指标的变化。研究结果表明,金盏菊叶片细胞1 d内质膜透性增大,渗透调节物质和膜脂过氧化产物也相应增加,3~5 d内增大趋势不明显,其实质是POD和CAT活性先上升后下降,特别是干旱维持7 d时CAT活性低于对照水平。In order to provide theoretical basis for culture techniques improvement and new species breeding in Calendula officinalis, changes of some physiological indexes were researched, for example membrane lipid peroxidation and protective enzymes activity under the condition of artificially stimulating continuous drought stress. The results showed that cell membrane permeability of leaf in C. officinalis was increased in one day, and osmotic regulating substances and products of membrane lipid peroxidation were increased accordingly, which was not obvious in 3-- 5 days. The reason was that activities of POD and CAT firstly were increased and then decreased, especially CAT activity was lower than that of CK when drought stress last 7 days.
