摘　　要：采用瞬时聚合工艺合成了固体聚丙烯酸浆料,并与聚酯浆料以不同比例混合调浆,测试了各种配比混合浆对纯涤粗纱的粘附力。结果表明,以互补的方法发挥聚酯浆料和聚丙烯酸浆料各自的特性,可部分或全部取代PVA上浆。Solid polyacrylic acid size was synthesized by instant polymerization, and was mixed with different ratio of polyester size. The adhesion force of the mixture to polyester yarn was tested. The results shows that the mixture has the good characteristics which the single size has. It could partially or totally replace PVA size.
