摘 要:利用自主合成的含多活性基团的无碱阳离子改性剂STGX-2,对棉织物在无碱条件下先进行阳离子改性,再用活性染料在无盐条件下染色,分别使用了3种活性染料活性红B-2BF、活性黄3RS和活性蓝B-RV。通过测定染色织物颜色深度(K/S值)、固色率、上染率、牢度等,确定了使用改性剂STGX-2的最佳条件。该技术的应用不仅节约染料,降低印染废水的色度和生物耗氧量,而且由于采用了冷堆阳离子化改性技术和冷堆无盐染色技术,还起到节能、降耗、减排的作用。An alkali-free cationic modifier which is STGX--2 and contains more active groups is introduced. The cotton fiber was alkali-free cationic modified at first and then were salt-free dyed with reactive dyes. Three reactive dyes were used which were red B-2BF, yellow 3RS and blue B-RV. By ts of K/S values, fixation, rate of dye-uptake, fixation and fastness, the optimal conditions of modifying and dyeing were received. This technology not only can save dyes, reduce chrome of printing and dyeing wastewater and reduce biological oxygen demand, but also have the uses of energy-saving, reducing consumption and mitigation.
