摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司华东分公司采油厂草舍油田污水腐蚀问题很严重,尤其是陶思庄区块,在其污水进158站区分离器后仅三个多月就发生穿孔现象,不但增加了运行成本,同时也严重影响了生产的正常运行。草舍油田污水水性复杂,具有较高的矿化度和温度,Cl^-,SO_4^(2-)和HCO_3^-等质量浓度高,造成腐蚀和结垢严重。随着草舍油田CO_2驱开发的进行,油田采出水的pH值不断降低,腐蚀更趋严重。为从根本上解决腐蚀问题,拟对油田污水进行改性,提高污水体系pH值至8.5~12.5,此时为铁的钝化区,铁的腐蚀较低。The Caoshe Oil Field suffers from severe waste water corrosion, especially Taosizhuang Block. The corrosion faihrre occurred and water separator corroded 3 months after the waste water was introduced into the station 158. This not only increased the oper,~ting costs, but also affected the normal operation. The complicated properties of Caoshe Oil Field waste water like high minerality, temperature, C1-,SO^- and HCO3- etc lead to severe corrosion and fouling. As the pH value of production water becomes lower with development of CO2 oil displacement, the corrosion will become increasingly worse. To solve the corrosion problem, the properties of waste water will be modified and the pH value of the waste water system will be elevated to 8.5 - 12.5 ( i. e. Fe passivation zone) to minimize Fe corrosion.
