摘  要:文章分析了原油性质和品质发生较大变化时对中国石油化工股份有限公司中原油田分公司石油化工总厂常压蒸馏装置的影响。分析表明,原油中盐、水、泥沙质量浓度和酸值高时,对常压蒸馏装置电脱盐系统冲击很大,导致常压蒸馏装置腐蚀严重。针对这一情况,进行了电脱盐技术和装置防腐蚀攻关,并选用了新型破乳剂,将原油电脱盐后盐的质量浓度控制在3 mg/L以下,有效地降低了常压蒸馏装置的腐蚀,减缓了后续加工工艺中催化剂中毒的现象,保证了生产装置的安全、优质、平稳和长周期运行。The impact of large variations of crude oil properties on the atmospheric distillation unit in SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oil Field Company was studied. The analysis showed that the higher the salt, water, silt and acidity of crude oil are, the greater the impingement on the desalting system of the distillation unit, which caused severe corrosion of the atmospheric distillation unit. To solve the corrosion problem, new emulsion breaker was selected and salt in the desalted oil was reduced to less than 3 mg (m)/L, which effectively reduced the corrosion in atmospheric distillation unit and mitigated the poisoning of catalysts in downstream units. A safe stable and long -term operation has been ensured.
