摘  要:目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液对妊娠大鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)浓度及胎鼠体质量、身长、体质量系数的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法测定对照组、灯盏花素注射液干预组、胎儿生长迟缓(FGR)组大鼠及胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ浓度,并记录胎鼠体质量、身长,计算体质量系数。结果:3组大鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ浓度相近;FGR组胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ浓度低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组IGF-Ⅱ浓度高于FGR组。胎鼠体质量、身长依次为对照组>FGR+干预组>FGR组,各组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。胎鼠体质量系数对照组>FGR+干预组>FGR组,对照组与其余两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠、胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ可能来源不同,不通过胎盘屏障交换,母血IGF-Ⅱ对FGR无诊断意义,而胎血IGF-Ⅱ降低可能与FGR有关。灯盏花素对胎鼠生长迟缓有一定治疗预防作用。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of breviscapine injection on serum concentration of IGF- Ⅱ in pregnant rats and fetus of rats and the influence on body weight, body length and body mass index in fetus of rats. METHODS Radio- immunity was used to determine the serum concentration of IGF- Ⅱ in pregnant rats and fetus of rats. Body weight and length of fetus of rats were recorded, and body-mass index was calculated. RESULTS The IGF-Ⅱ serum concentrations of pregnant rats in FGR, control and intervention groups were decreased, and the IGF-Ⅱ of fetus of rats in FGR group was lower than that in control and intervention groups(P〈0. 05). The body weight, body length and body-mass index of fetus of rats were as that control group, was 〉the FGR + intervention group and 2〉the FGR group, and the difference between groups was significant (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION IGFⅡ of pregnant rats and .fetus o.f rats are different in sources, which means that it can not pass through placental for exchange; The IGF-Ⅱ of pregnant rats are not suitable for FGR diagnose, but decreased IGF- Ⅱ of fetus rats. Breviscapine can be used for the prevention and treatment of fetal growth retardation.
