摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省城市社区卫生服务中心业务用房基本现状,为科学合理地配置甘肃省卫生资源提供决策依据。方法采用统一问卷,调查分析甘肃省98个城市社区卫生服务中心业务用房基本情况。结果甘肃省57.14%的市(州)社区卫生服务中心业务用房平均面积不足,全省城市社区卫生机构业务用房配置不平衡。结论建议加大对城市社区卫生机构的财政投入和政策支持,将其业务用房纳入城市建设发展规划,国家对西部城市社区卫生机构基础设施建设给予一定倾斜政策。OBJECTIVE To study the status of work space in city community health service center（CHSC）so as to provide the scientific basis for strategy making in health resource management. METHODS Basic information about CHSC work space was collected by standard questionnaire. RESULTS 57.14% of the work space area in most of CHSC of Gansu Province is not big enough and its configuration is imbalanced. CONCLUSION It is suggested to increase the financial investment and policy support of CHSC and bring its work space into city construction and development planning in western cities.
