摘　　要：在总结全国农技中心及部分省建立病虫监控信息系统经验、广泛征求专家和有关人员意见的基础上,阐述了在全国范围内构建以国家级平台为中心、省级平台为骨干、县级测报区域站为重要支撑的全国农业有害生物数字化监测预警体系的意义和建设内容,提出了推进该体系建设工作的初步配套措施。Based on insect pests and diseases monitor information networks built up in several provinces and consultations of experts, significance and details of agriculture pests digital monitor and forecast system was discussed, the agriculture pests digital monitor and forecast system was consisted of a state-level platform as center, all province-level platforms as framework and county forecast regional stations as support. And relevant measures were proposed in this paper.
