摘 要:将20-40目的坚果壳颗粒用酚树脂乙醇溶液浸渍,在180℃固化,得到树脂含量20%的树脂浸渍坚果壳样品,再在该样品上涂敷酚醛树脂并固化,得到树脂含量分别为25%、30%、35%的样品。这些超低密度压裂液支撑剂堆密度为0.86-0.87g/cm3,真密度为1.23-1.25 g/cm3,粒度分布主要在20-40目。显微镜观测表明浸渍树脂后的颗粒表面有孔隙,再经树脂涂敷包覆后表面变平滑。与原坚果壳颗粒相比,树脂包覆颗粒60℃吸水率由约30%降至17%左右,且受树脂含量的影响不大;30 MPa闭合压力下的干态压缩比由7.2%降至1.4%左右,湿态压缩比由25.7%降至3%左右;60 MPa下的干态、湿态压缩比分别由18.0%、33.6%降至10.0%、15.0%左右,树脂含量的影响也不大。测定了10-60 MPa闭合压力下树脂包覆坚果壳的导流能力,树脂含量由20%增至35%时,30、60 MPa下的导流能力分别由41.8、0μm2.cm增至113.4、15.8μm2.cm。Walnut shell granules of size 20—40 mesh were impregnated with a phenolic resin in ethanol solution and cured at 180℃ to give impregnated granules containing 20% resin;the laters were coated with the resin and cured to form coated granules of resin content 25%,30%,and 35%.These resinified granules had bulk density 0.86—0.87 g/cm3 and true density 1.23—1.25 g/cm3 and their size distribution was mainly between 20—40 mesh.Microscopic observations showed that some pore remained on the surfaces of impregnated granules and the resin coated surfaces became even and smooth.For the impregnated/coated granules in comparison with the original granules,the water absorption at 60℃ lowered from about 30% to about 17% and was affected slightly by resin content;the precent compressebility at close pressure 30 MPa lowered from 7.2% to about 1.4% in dry state and from 25.7% to about 3% in wet state and at close pressure 60 MPa —form 18.0% to about 10% in dry state and from 33.6% to about 15% in wet state while the effect of resin content on the percent compressibility was slight,too.The conductivity of the resinified ganules was measured at a close pressure in range 10—60 MPa,being raised from 41.8 to 113.4 μm2·cm at 60 MPa when the resin content was increased from 20% to 35%.
