Profile Modification/Water Shutoff in Steam Huff-puff Heavy Oil Wells by Using Settable Nitrogen Foam

摘  要:通过组分及其用量筛选,得到了可固化的氮气泡沫调堵剂的基础配方:有机硅改性油井水泥(改性水泥)140 g+发泡剂AEO-SI 4 g+水80 g。实用配方中加入缓凝剂酒石酸+硼酸和降滤失剂羧甲基纤维素。考察了65℃固结、350℃养护后的改性泡沫水泥的吸水率、密度随每一基础组分用量的变化及密度随温度(20-80℃)、压力(0-13 MPa)的变化。改性泡沫水泥的抗压强度随发泡剂用量的增大而线性降低,在水灰比约为0.57时有最大值,350℃时失重率小于2%,部分溶于5%盐酸,可抗耐油田污水、煤油和5%NaOH溶液。在长0.5 m、水测渗透率6.2-19.6μm2的填砂管内注入0.3 PV改性泡沫水泥浆,固化后封堵率大于98%,突破压力5.7-7.3 MPa。现场应用配方中加入三乙醇胺+烷基苯磺酸钠作为稳泡剂,气液比0.5-2∶1。2007.3-2008.3在10口蒸汽吞吐井用改性泡沫水泥浆实施调剖堵水,单井平均注入量96.5 m3,9口井有效,增油降水显著,有效期可超过吞吐周期。As an experimental result of choosing constituent and its dosage,a basic composition of settable nitrogen foaming fluid for profile modification/water shut off(PM/WSO) was obtained:silicone modified oilwell cement,140 g;foaming agent AEO-SI,4 g;water,80 g.In working fluid tartaric acid+boric acid as set retarder and carboxymethyl cellulose as filtrate loss reducer might be introduced.For samples of set foamed modified cement(SFMC),solidified at 65℃ and cured at 350℃,the changes of water imbibition and density with basic constituent dosage and of density with temperature(20—80℃) and pressure(0—13 MPa) were investigated;the compression strength of SFMC decreased practically linearly with foaming agent dosage and reached a miximum at water to cement ratio=0.57;a weight loss of 〈2% was observed at 350℃;the SFMC sample was partially soluble in 5% HCl solution and resistant to oilfield produced water,kerosene,and 5% NaOH solution.On 0.5 m long sandpacks of water permeability 6.2—19.6 μm2,0.3 PV of the foaming modified cement slurry injected and cured created a plugging rate 〉98% and a breakthrough pressure in range 5.7—7.3 MPa.The working slurry used in field jobs might contain triethanol amine + sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate as foam stabilizer and a gas to slurry ratio in range 0.5—2.0∶1.0 might be chosen.PM/WSO operations with this foaming modified cement slurry in volume of 96.5 m3 per well-job in average were performed in 10 steam huff-puff wells from March 2007 to March 2008 and 9 operations were successful in that the oil output rose and the water production dropped notably in a period exceeded the production cycle in some cases.
