摘　　要：人的现代化与法治是辩证统一的,人的现代化与法治应协调统一地发展。人的现代化与法治互为前提和基础。法治社会是由人构成的社会,离开了人的现代化就谈不上法治社会的现代化;而没有法治社会各方面的不断进步和发展,人的现代化也只能是一句空话。Human modernization and rule by law shall have connection of dialectical unity and shall develop in a harmonious manner. The two depend on each other. A society ruled by law is one made up of people, without the modernization of man, there is no such thing as modernization of law ruled society, likewise, without the development of society in an allaround way, human modernization is also written in wind.
