摘　　要：目的:总结和分析针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床用穴规律。方法:搜集1998年～2008年针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床报道文献,对文献中所取主要腧穴进行提取分析。结果:收集文献40篇,纳入腧穴40个,其中特定穴33个,涉及特定穴10种。结论:针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床研究中使用的腧穴以膀胱经经穴为主,督脉、任脉、胃经、脾经经穴多用,腧穴类型主要以特定穴为主。Objective : Summary and analysis the discipline of selected points in chronic fatigue syndrome treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods : Collect of the case report literatures of chronic fatigue syndrome treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in recent ten years,extract and analysis on main acupoints meantioned in the literature.Results : Collect 40 literatures with 40 acupoints,which inculded 33 specific acupoints and involved 10 specific acupoints.Conclusion :The acupoints used for clinical study of chronic fatigue syndrome treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,mainly used urinary bladder acupoints,commonly used governor vesesl,conception vessel,stomach channel and spleen channel; The kind of acupoint mainly is specific acupoint.
