羽毛根中MDV抗原和抗体的检测

摘　　要：HVT注苗鸡和未注苗鸡．分别以AIDV强毒接种感染和同居感染，用琼脂扩散试验（AGPT）检测各鸡群不同时期羽囊MDV抗原和抗体。结果显示，HVT苗可使实验鸡羽囊中MDV抗原检出时间推迟，阳性检出率显著降低：而羽囊中MDV抗体检出情况与此正好相反，检出时间早，阳性率高。MDV antigen and antibody in the feather tips were detected by agar-gel-precipitation test(AGPT) from HVT-inoculated and uninoculated chickens infeated by inoculation and contact with virulent strain of MDV BJ-1. The results shotved that the time of MDV antigen presence delayed and posihve rates of the viral antigen reduced sighficanhy, but it was eariler and grehtly higher for the viral antibody in feather hips of chickens vaccinatedinfected than those unvaccinated infected.
