民勤绿洲外围人工梭梭林种子库研究  

Study on Seed Bank of Artifical Haloxylon ammodendron in Minqin Oasis External Forests

摘　　要：通过对石羊河下游民勤绿洲外围人工梭梭林土壤种子库特征调查分析,结果表明:种子分布在时间上,4月份158.0粒/m2,8月份86.6粒/m2,8月份的种子量只是4月份的54.8%;在种子水平分布上,种子分布规律是沙丘背风坡>丘间滩地>沙丘迎风坡>沙滩地;在垂直分布上,0～2cm土层中分布植物种子总量的87.8%,2～5cm土层中分布植物种子总量的11.6%,5cm以下的土层中只分布植物种子总量的0.06%。梭梭林土壤种子库平均储种量为122.3粒/m2,其中,梭梭种子的平均储量为28.9粒/m2,最小储量为1.6粒/m2,最大储种量为56.1粒/m2。梭梭林土壤种子库中约80%的梭梭完整种子的生活力极低,但林中仍有梭梭幼苗分布,说明土壤种子库的梭梭种子具有一定的萌发能力。梭梭林土壤种子库储量为中等水平,并具有一定的萌发能力,能够为开展封沙育林草提供基本条件。Through the investigation was conducted on character of soil seed bank of artifical Haloxylon ammodendron forest in Minqin oasis external of the lower reaches of the Shiyang River, the resulted showed： from the time of seed distribution, seed mount was 158.0 grains/m2 in April, and 86.6 grains/m2 in August, seed mount in August is 54.8% of seed mount in April; from the horizontal distribution of seed, regularities of seed distribution： the lee slope of dune〉beach land between dunes〉windward slope of dune〉beach land; from the vertical distribution, the seeds were distributed in 0-2 cm and they accounted for 87.8%, the seeds were distuibuted in 2-5 cm and they accounted for 11.6%, the seeds were distributed below 5 cm and they accounted for 0.06%. Avervage seed mount of soil seed bank of was 122.3 grains/m2, among them, average was 28.9 grains/m2, the minimum and the maximium storage were 1.6 grains/m2 and 56.1 grains/m2 respectivly. In soil seed bank of Haloxylon ammodendron forest, about 80% vitaility of total seed of Haloxylon ammodendron forest was lower, however, there were young plant of in woods, which indicated that seed in soil seed bank had certain germination ability. The soil seed storage of Haloxylon ammodendron forest was in medium level, which had certain ability of germination, and can provide essential condition for the development of closing of sand for reforestation and growing grass.
