纤维素复合酶在饲料中的作用及其应用的研究

摘　　要：采用饲养、平衡、代谢、生产、模拟瘤胃、感观评定、电镜扫描、“ＶａｎＳｏｅｓｔ”纤维分析，原子吸收光谱、气相色谱、瘤胃瘘管、经济效益分析等试验方法和分析方法，共进行２３项试验，系统研究了纤维素复合酶在蛋鸡、肉仔鸡、猪、绵羊、奶牛饲粮中的作用，纤维素复合酶作为青贮添加剂，利用纤维素复合酶提高玉米秸秆和干羊草的饲用价值，并探讨其作用机制和相关因素等。根据研究中发现的现象，提出了一些新观点，为纤维素复合酶在饲料中的合理利用、提供了新的科学依据。Dietary appilcation of Cellulase Complex in monogastric and rominent animals was studied by methods of feeding, balance, metabolism, production, simulated rumen, sensation assessment, electronic microscope, “Van Soest” analysis of fiber, atomic spectrum analysis, rumen fistula, economy benefit, etc Many new phenomena were found during 23 the experiments The results showed that cellulase complex could be well used in feeds of monogastric animals and ruminant animals as well, for improvement of growth, production, feed efficiency and economic benefits
