治淮工程定额增补研究

摘　　要：在分析我国现行水利系列定额的基础上,拟定调研大纲,设计调查表,面向淮河流域已建、在建大中型水利水电工程进行了广泛调研,并对调研资料进行分析研究,结合国内外造价管理方面的经验和启示,以定额编制的理论和方法为指导,提出了治淮工程定额修编子项:①轻型井点降水预算定额;②公路路面石灰碎石土基层预算定额;③混凝土铰链沉排预算定额:C20混凝土预制板制作预算定额、预制混凝土铰链沉排排体下沉预算定额和宽度25 m内沉排工作船机械台时费定额。Based on analysis of the current series of quotas of water resources in China,a survey outline was worked out,and questionnaires were designed.An extensive survey was made to the existing and being constructed large and medium-size water resources and hydropower projects in Huaihe River basin.The survey data were studied.Combined with the experience and inspiration of cost management at home and abroad,and guided by the theory and methods of quota compilation,some sub items of project quotas for regulation of Huaihe River were put forward:(1)budget quota of light well points;(2)budget quota of lime gravel soil bases for highways;(3)budget quota of concrete hinged sunken mattress revetments,including preparation of C20 concrete precast plates,precast concrete hinged sunken mattresses and machine-hour of service boats for sunken mattresses.
