摘 要:分析了水泥机械挤压辊、立磨辊、磨盘、破碎机锤头、锤盘的工况条件、失效形式,综述了应用堆焊技术对这些机械耐磨面进行复合制造和再制造的工艺、材料及应用效果。堆焊技术的应用,使这些零件的使用寿命成倍延长,其经济效益和节能、降耗、环保效益显著。指出水泥机械耐磨堆焊技术今后的发展方向是,运用已有成果扩大水泥机械耐磨堆焊的应用范围;深入研究工件的磨损机理,兼顾耐磨性和抗裂性两项重要指标,不断研发适应不同工况、不同材质、不同磨损形式的耐磨材料和堆焊工艺技术。The conditions and failure formal of the roller press, grinding roller, grinding pan, crusher hammer and impeller in the cement machinery were analyzed in this paper, the process, materials and application effect by hardfacing technology for the multi-manufacture and remanufacture of the wear-resistant surface were also overviewed.The application of hardfacing technology makes the parts service life doubled, the economic benefit prominent and realizes energy-saving and environmental protection.The development direction of hardfacing technology is to enlarge the application field with the existent advanced hardfacing technology in cement industry, to further study the falure machnism on considerations of wear resistance and crack resistance properties, and to develop the anti-wear materials and hardfaicng technology for different conditions and wear forms.
