摘 要:目的了解铜陵地区蚊蝇对常用4种杀虫剂的抗性状况,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法蚊虫采用浸渍法,家蝇采用点滴法。结果蚊虫对4种常用杀虫剂较敏感;家蝇对溴氰菊酯产生低抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯产生中抗性,对敌敌畏、残杀威敏感。结论本地蚊蝇对常用部分杀虫剂保持敏感,但蝇类对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生不同程度的抗性。因此,应科学合理地使用杀虫剂,预防蚊蝇抗药性的产生。Objective To investigate the situation of the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica to 4 kinds of normal used insecticides in Tongling area and provide scientific evidence for insecticide rational use. Methods Using immersion method to test the LCs0 of Culex pipiens pallens larvae, and topical application method to test the LD50 of Musca domestica larvae respectively. Results Culex pipier's pallens were sensitive to 4 kinds of insecticides. Musca domestica were keeping high sensitive to DDVP and propoxur. To deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin, the resistance of Musca domestica were keeping low and moderate respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica in Tongling area were keeping sensitive level to some of normal used insecticides. But Musca domestica developed different resistance to dehamethrin and beta-cypermethrin. It is necessary to use insec- ticides scientifically to prevent the resistance of mosquito and fly.
