嗜水气单胞菌选择培养基鉴别效果的比较

摘　　要：本试验比较了嗜水气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ，Ａｈ）三种选择培养基ＡＨＭ、ＡＰＭ和ＲＳ培养基的鉴别效果，并用于１２１株细菌检测，Ａｈ的阳性检出率分别是５４．７６％、８１．３３％和８３．５４％。经过交叉比较分析，确定ＡＨＭ和ＲＳ可作为适用于生产实践的Ａｈ的选择培养基。Each of the 121 Aeromonas hydrophila strains were cultured on each of the three selective mediums, AHM( Aeromonas hydrophila Medium) ,APM( Aeromonas Pyrazinamidase Activity Medium)and RS(Rimler Shotts Medium) . The rate of detection by the three mediums was 54.76%,81.33% and 83.54% respectively.The strains whose oxidase were positive in AHM or RS may be preliminaryly identified as Ah.AHM and RS were recommended for identification of Ah strains from clinic samples.
