温脏扶正祛邪方药对2型糖尿病虚寒证患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温脏扶正祛邪方药对虚寒证2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将98例虚寒证2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均在基础治疗的同时应用磺脲类联合二甲双胍，治疗组在此基础上加用温脏扶正祛邪方药。1个月为1个疗程，共观察2个疗程。结果①治疗组降糖总有效率为93．8％，对照组为83．6％。治疗组改善胰岛素抵抗的总有效率为95．9％，对照组为71．4％。其间差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②治疗组在空腹血糖和血糖面积下降的同时，SI显着增加，IAI显着改善（P〈0．01），空腹胰岛素和胰岛素面积明显下降（P〈0.05或P〈0．01）。对照组治疗後IAI亦有明显改善，但SI无明显改变，与治疗组比较有显着差异（P〈0．05）。结论温脏扶正祛邪方药可以明显降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖，显着改善2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗。Objective To observe the effect of Wenzang Fuzheng Quxie Recipe （WZFZQXR） on insulin resistance （IR） and low grade inflammation in patients with asthenic cold syndrome type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Method 98 patients with asthenic cold syndrome T2DM were selected and randomly divided into the treating group （n=49） and the control group （n=49）. Patients in the control group attended the education course for diabetes and were treated with hypoglycemic agent in routine, and to those in the treating group, WZFZQXR was given additionally, one dose twice a day. Parameters as fasting blood glucose （FBG）, posting 2 hours blood glucose（P2HBG）, fasting insulin （FINS）, C-reactive protein （CRP） before and after treatment and insulin sensitive index （ISI） were also calculated. Results After 2 months of treatment, the serum level of FBG and P2HBG lowered in both groups （P〈0.01）. In treating group, serum levels of P2HBG, FINS and CRP were significantly lowered, and ISI was increased. The effect in the treating group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion WPSNGWR is an effective recipe to treat T2DM and it can improve insulin resistance in patients with T2DM.
