摘　　要：以人为本不仅是科学发展观的核心,而且是社会主义社会的基本价值取向,其社会价值远远超过发展观的范畴。德育教学以人为本,就是努力构建面向生活的德育新理念,提高实效性,使德育教育不断适应新的形势需要。People-oriented opinion is not only the core of the scientific outlook on development, but the basic value orientation of socialist society. Its social value far exceeds the scope of development concept. Moral education based on people- oriented opinion, tends to construct the new moral theory and to improve its actual effect so as to meet the needs of the new situation.
