腔隙性脑梗死100例CT征像分析

摘　　要：目的：分析100例腔隙性脑梗死的CT征像，探讨腔隙性脑梗死病因与临床症状之间的关系。方法：回顾性分析100例腔隙性脑梗死的临床CT资料。结果：腔隙性脑梗死是老年人最常见的脑血管疾病，临床症状表现形式多种多样，部分病人肢体定位症状与病变部位不符，部分病人无明显临床症状。CT表现为病灶大小3—15mm低密度灶，好发于基底节豆状核、尾状核和内囊以及丘脑、桥脑和脑白质。可伴有其他部位脑梗死、脑出血、脑萎缩及皮质下动脉硬化性脑病等。结论：腔隙性脑梗死与高血压、动脉硬化、糖尿病及血栓有密切关系，临床症状与腔隙性脑梗死的CT征像的关系无特异性。Objective： To analyse CT Image Of 100 cases in the lacunar cerebral infarction , and to discuss the relation between cause of disease and clinical symptoms with the lacunar cerebral infarction. Methods ：Analysed CT image in 100 cases of the lacunar cerebral infarction retrospectively, combining with medical history , clinical symptoms collects, relation between cause of disease and clinical symptoms. Results： The lacunar cerebral infarction was the most Common cranial vascular disease in old people , clinical symptoms manifestation was varied , the part of patients limb allocation symptom suitable were not to agree with lesion location, there were part patients being no obvious clinical symptoms. The report of CT were shown for nidus 3 - 15 mm low - density cooking stove , There was quality easy to get rich on section of base bean shape core , tail shape core and inner bag as well as the thalamus , bridge brain and etc. That went with the arteriosclerosis brain disease , other location brain infarction , cerebral hemorrhage , encephalanalosis and cortex. Conclusion： The lacunar cerebral infarction has a close relationship with hypertension , arteriosclerosis , diabetes and thrombus , relation of clinical symptoms with lacunar cerebral infarction in CT symbol has no peculiarity.
