口服转移因子联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察转移因子胶囊联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的疗效和安全性。方法:将110例患者随机分成治疗组56例和对照组54例。治疗组予口服转移因子胶囊6 mg,bid;并外搽0.1%维A酸乳膏,每日1次。对照组予肌注聚肌胞2 mg,qd;外搽阿昔洛韦软膏,每日2次。疗程均为4周。结果:两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;治疗期间两组不良反应均较轻微。结论:转移因子胶囊联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣安全、有效。Objective：To observe the curative effect and safety of transfer factor capsule combined with tretinoin cream on verruca plana of face. Methods：110 patients were divided randomly into treatment group （56 cases） and control group（54 cases）. The treatment group was received transfer factor capsule combined with 0.1% trctinoin cream, and the control group was received poly I - C injection combined with acyclovir cream;. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results ：The efficacy rate was 87.5% of the treatment group, ancl 68.5 % of the control group, with statistically difference significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the side effect was light in both groups. Conclusion：Transfer factor capsule combined with tretinoin cream is effective and safe on verruca plana of face.
