摘 要:采用自乳化法,用聚酯二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺(EDA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP),1,4-丁二醇(BDO)等单体合成脂肪族水性聚氨酯。探讨了NCO/OH摩尔比、TMP含量、扩链剂种类对聚氨酯胶膜力学性能和形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:加入TMP后,聚氨酯形成化学交联,拉伸强度得到改善,并随着TMP含量的增加而增大;由于物理交联与化学交联的协同作用,交联型聚氨酯形状记忆性能良好;当NCO/OH摩尔比为1.4,DMPA含量为6%,TMP含量为1%时,聚氨酯胶膜的形状固定率为87.62%,形状回复率为98.10%。The aliphatic waterborne PU was synthesized from polyester polyol, isophorne diisocyanate (IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), and etc, by self-emulsion. The effects of the molar ratio of NCO! OH, TMP content, the type of chain extenders on the mechanical properties and shape memory property of PU film were discussed. The results show that: with the addition of TMP, the tensile strength of PU is improved because of chemical cross-linking, and increases with the increase of TPM content; the shape memory property of cross-linking PU is excellent because of the synergistic effect of physical cross-linking and chemical cross-linking; when molar ratio of NCO/OH is 1.4, DMPA content is 6%, TMP content is 1%, the shape fixed rate and shape recovery rate of PU film are 87.62% and 98.10% respectively.
