摘  要:目的:观察羊骨髓来源的低分子活性物质诱导体外培养的大鼠骨髓基质细胞成骨分化的作用。方法:取新鲜的羊腿骨提取羊骨髓来源的低分子活性物质。取6周龄SD大鼠,密度梯度离心法分离、培养大鼠骨髓基质细胞,第三代大鼠骨髓基质细胞在羊骨髓来源的低分子活性物质的诱导培养下,检测大鼠骨髓基质细胞碱性磷酸酶活性。结果:羊骨髓来源的低分子活性物质可以显著提高大鼠骨髓基质细胞的碱性磷酸酶活性。结论:羊骨髓来源的低分子活性物质可以明显促进大鼠骨髓基质细胞的成骨分化。Objective:To investigate the effects of the active substance with low molecular weight from goat bone marrow on the osteogenic differentiation of cultured bone marrow stromal ceils (MSCs) of rats. Methods.. Prepare the active substance with low molecular weight from the bone marrow of goat legs. The SD rats (aged 6 weeks) were sacrificed and the bone MSCs were separated by density gradient centrifugation and then cultured. We detected the alkaline phosphatase activity of the third passage of bone MSCs cultured by the active substance. Results:The activity of alkaline phosphatase was significantly elevated. Conclusion:The active substance with low molecular weight from goat bone marrow can promote the bone MSCs to osteogenic differentiation.
