摘　　要：目的:总结复杂胫骨平台骨折行双钢板内固定的应用体会。方法:对30例复杂胫骨平台骨折均采用术前中药活血化瘀、消肿止痛,肿胀消退后行双钢板固定。结果:随访12～20个月,按Rasmussen评分标准,优良率93.3%。结论:根据复杂胫骨平台骨折的特点,在保护骨折部血运的情况下,对胫骨平台进行解剖复位并予以双钢板内固定,固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少。Objective：To sum up the application experience of dual-plate fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods：Thirty patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were first treated with Chinese recipe of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and relieve swelling and pain. After the swelling and pain were relived, two-plate fixation was performed to all the patients. Results：A follow-up of 12-20 months was done, which showed a 93.3% of excellent and good functional evaluation according to Rasmussen＇s criterion. Conclusion：On the basis of the characteristics of complex tihial plateau fracture and the protection of the blood circulation, the two-plate fixation of the tibial plateaues through anatomic reduction provides advantages of solid fixation, earlier functional exercise, and minimal complications.
