摘　　要：研究柴油机大修工艺中曲轴修理生产线的工艺改造,对方案实施的经济效益、机械加工技术进行了分析,并对改造过程中涉及的部分重点设备、工装的工艺保障工作做了详细论述。通过此次应用,实现了修理12V190曲轴向制造6190曲轴生产线的转变,拓展了原有曲轴的修复范围。This paper researches the technique innovation of production line for crankshaft repairing in diesel engine overhaul. It analyzes economic effectiveness of program and machining technique and expounds in detail partial key equipments and techniques concerned in innovation. After practiced, it realizes change from repairing 12V190 crankshaft to making 6190 crankshaft.
