代谢异常指标对血压正常高值人群的影响

摘　　要：目的了解血压正常高值人群与代谢异常的关系。方法选择418例既往未诊断高血压的体检者资料,分析血压正常组、血压正常高值组和高血压组与代谢的关系。结果血压正常高值者占44.7%,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血尿酸、体重指数、肌酐、尿素氮指标均明显高于正常血压组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于正常血压组(P<0.05)。高血压者较血压正常高值者更易合并多种代谢异常。结论在血压正常高值阶段已经存在代谢异常,临床医师应重视对血压正常高值人群的防治。Objective To study the correlation between high-normal blood pressure and abnormal metabolism.Methods 418 normal samples in our hospital were selected,and the correlation between normal BP group,BP high normal value group and HBP group and metabolism were analyzed.Results There were 44.7% cases of BP high normal value group out of 418.The TC,TG,SUA,BMI,Cr and BUN index were higher than those in normal BP group（P〈0.05）,but HDL-C index is lower than that in normal BP group（P〈0.05）.And cases in BP high normal value group were easier to cause complications. Conclude Clinicist should highly considerate of disease prevention from BP high normal value people who has abnormal metabolism.
