摘  要:以活性艳红X-3B染料为研究对象,考察了在超声辐射条件下加入铁粉和H2O2时,pH值、铁粉量和双氧水用量等因素对染料脱色的影响.结果表明:在pH=2、染料质量浓度50 mg/L、超声功率100 W、液相主体温度35℃、0.4 g/L Fe和0.2%H2O2下超声30 min,染料脱色率达98.13%.超声与Fe-H2O2存在协同作用,超声-Fe-H2O2体系降解活性艳红X-3B不是单独超声波氧化作用和单独Fe-H2O2作用的简单相加.The effects of pH,dosage of Fe powder and H2O2 concentration on the decoloration of Reactive Red X-3B were investigated by ultrasound-Fe-H2O2 process.The results indicated that the decoloration rate could reach 98.13% after 30 min ultrasonic radiation under the following optimal conditions: pH 2,50 mg/L of initial dye concentration,100 W of ultrasound power,35 ℃ of temperature,0.4 g/L of Fe and 0.2% of H2O2.Ul-trasound and Fe-H2O2 has synergistic combination,the degradation by ultrasound-Fe-H2O2 system was not the simple overlap of single ultrasonic oxidation and single Fe-H2O2.
