摘  要:从绿色化学的理念出发,合成了双水杨醛缩乙二胺合金属配合物[M(Salen)](M=Co,Cu,Zn),研究了用这三种配合物作催化剂,用空气氧化安息香合成苯偶酰的方法,并对催化剂的回收套用作了研究.实验表明,Co(Salen)催化剂的催化性能最高,在80℃下反应进行45 min,苯偶酰的最高收率可达78%以上.三种催化剂都可回收套用三次.该方法降低了生产成本,极大地减少了废液的排放,开辟了一条绿色化合成苯偶酰的新途径.Based on the concept of green chemistry, three complexes of N,N'-Bis (salicylidene) ethylenediamine metal [M (Salen)] (M=Co, Cu, Zn) were synthesized. Using these complexes as catalysts, benzil was synthesized by the oxidation of benzoin in air atmosphere. The results showed that the catalytic efficency of Co(Salen) was the best. Benzil could be obtained in highest yield (78%) at 80 ℃ (the reaction time is about 45 min) by this method. All of the catalysts could be recycled and reused for three times. This method has many advantages such as: low cost, short reaction time and reduced emission of waste water. Furthermore, a new way of the oxidation of benzoin by green chemistry was opened up.
