摘　　要：目的：建立益母草及其习用药材中芦丁的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用Kromasil C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸（33∶67）,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温30℃。结果：芦丁线性范围为（0.075-0.375）μg,r=0.9996,平均回收率为96.62%,RSD为0.99%。结论：该方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制益母草及其习用药材的质量。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of rutin in Motherwort Herb and herbs with the same action.Methods： Analyses were carried out on an Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）column at 30℃ eluted with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid（33∶67）and detected at 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results： The linear range of rutin was 0.075-0.375 μg·mL-1.The average recovery was 96.62%（RSD=0.99%）.Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Motherwort herb and the herbs with the same action.
