摘　　要：目的：建立清热解毒浸膏中白头翁皂苷B4的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱：Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸（28∶72）为流动相,流速：1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长：205 nm,柱温：30℃。结果：白头翁皂苷B4在0.294-1.47μg范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.37%。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为清热解毒浸膏质量控制指标之一。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of pulchinenoside B4 in Qingre Jiedu extract.The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile watercantaining 0.1% phosphoric acid（V∶V=28∶72）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 205 nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.294～1.47 μg for pulchinenoside B4.The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 1.37%.Conclusion：This method is convenient,accurate and repeatable for determination of pulchinenoside B4 in Qingre Jiedu extract.
