摘　　要：根据电信部门话务数据处理的特点,指出了以往相关系统所存在的针对性不足、实时性差的缺陷,分析了产生的原因。在此基础上,设计了一套针对中国电信系统不同场合、不同类型、不同交换机输出格式的话务数据的通用性实时数据处理软件系统,提高了实时性和集成度。In this paper, according to the characteristic of traffic data processing in telecommunication department, the defects of lacking pertinence and poor in real-time performance existing in previous correlated software system have been pointed out, and the reason the problem caused has been analyzed as well. On the basis of that, a set of universal real-time data processing software system which matches the Chinese telecommunication systems in different situations, different types and different traffic data formats of switchboard output has been designed, and this software system enhances the data integration andthe real-time performance.
