摘  要:选用216只29日龄东北肉鹅,采用4因素3水平L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了29~56日龄东北肉鹅日粮适宜的代谢能、蛋白、钙和非植酸磷营养水平。结果表明:高代谢能水平提高了东北肉鹅的日增重和腹脂率,但降低了采食量和料重比(P<0.01);高粗蛋白水平降低了日采食量(P<0.05);中等Ca水平提高了平均日增重(P<0.05)。高能量水平提高了高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG)(P<0.05)和血清生长激素(GH)含量(P<0.01),但降低了尿酸含量(P<0.01);高粗蛋白水平降低了三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3),但提高了甲状腺素水平(T4)(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,29~56日龄东北肉鹅适宜的代谢能、粗蛋白、钙和非植酸磷水平分别为12.3MJ/kg、16%、0.7%和0.4%。In order to study the effect of different level of dietary metabolic energy (ME), crude protein (CP), calcium (Ca) and non-phytic acid phosphorus (NPP) on growth performance, serum parameters and hormone levels for northeast geese, 216 birds of 29 day old were randomly allotted to 9 treatments each using four factors and three levels L9 (3~4) orthogonal design. The results indicated that average daily gain(ADG) and abdominal fat rate were increased by high ME, but average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed gain ratio (F/G) were decreased(P0.01). ADFI was decreased by high CP level, but it was increased by middle Ca level (P0.05). HDL, TG (P0.01) and GH (P0.05) were increased by high ME, but uric acid was decreased (P0.01). T3 was decreased by high CP. However, T4 was decreased (P0.05). According to the results of the experiment, the conclusion could be made that appropriate level of dietary ME, CP, Ca and NPP were 12.3 MJ/kg, 16%, 0.7% and 0.4%, respectively for 29 to 56 day old northeast geese.
