开展医学生全科医学社区教育的探讨

摘　　要：在我国医药卫生体制改革不断深入、社区卫生服务快速发展的背景下,医学教育担负着加强全科医学教育的重要任务,以培养医学生社区卫生服务的能力。社区教育是加强医学生全科医学教育的必要途径,且有利于引导医学生面向社区的就业选择。开展全科医学教育要明确社区教育的目的,选择适宜的内容,并不断创新社区教育的模式。With the increasingly deepened reform in medical and health system and rapid development of community health service in our country, medical education needs to strengthen general medicine education to cultivate students＇ ability to provide community health service. Community education is the essential path to strengthening general medicine education for medical students, and is advantageous to directing them to seek employment in community. Carrying out general medicine education should be clear about the goal of community education, select suitable contents, and unceasingly innovate the pattern of community education.
