摘 要:目前,气门成形普遍采用液压电镦机镦粗制坯,摩擦压力机终锻成形工艺。为解决废品率较高、制件质量不能稳定等问题,建立了由4台立式数控电镦机和1台电动螺旋压力机通过机器人和出料机械手组成的全自动化气门锻件生产线,详细分析了数控电镦机和电动螺旋压力机的结构和特点。该生产线已投入实际生产,提高了产品尺寸的一致性,毛坯废品率由2%降至0.5%,取得了良好的效果。Hydraulic electro-upsetter and friction screw press are widely employed in valve forming at present. Due to the restrictions of traditional equipment, it is difficult to improve the quality of products. Thus, a fully automated production line of valve forming with new metal forming machines was set up domestically for the first time, which was composed of four vertical units pneumatic electro-upsetter and one numerical controlled electric screw press, manipulator and press unloader were used to achieve automatic loading and unloading. This production line can effectively reduce the reject rate from 2% to 0. 5% and improve the consistency of products. This research achievement has been applied successfully in the practical work.
