摘 要:采用实验研究和有限元分析相结合的方法,研究了3种轴类件(实心件、空心件、带芯棒的空心件)在三辊楔横轧过程中轧件的内部缺陷。研究结果表明:实心件心部附近的环状区域易产生明显裂纹,而空心件能够有效的避开环状缺陷;方向交变的剪应力促使轧件心部附近孕育微观破坏,拉应力促进裂纹进一步扩展。实验采用带芯棒的空心件轧制,能够制备出高质量的轴件,为丰富三辊楔横轧加工理论及扩大应用范围提供理论依据与实验支持。The research on the interior defects in three types of rolled shafts (such as solid part, hollow part, hollow part with mandrel ) during three-roll cross wedge rolling (CWR) was researched. The results show that there is a ring zone with the distinct crack near the center of solid part, the ring defects are effectively avoided in the hollow part. Finite element analysis based on the experiment was carried out. Its results show that alternating shear stress is the first cause to the ring rarefaction defect at work piece's centre, pulling stress can promote the crack growth. The product quality for hollow shaft with mandrel is the best. The investigation can provide theoretical and experimental foundation for enriching the theory of 3-roll CWR and its application scope.
