摘 要:提出了用楔横轧工艺成形椭圆截面轴类零件的一种新工艺,推导了随转速比变化的模具辊形曲线,采用三维刚塑性有限元软件Deform-3D对成形过程进行了数值模拟。在轧制过程中,轧件在模具的作用下径向压缩、轴向延伸的同时椭圆轮廓在模具顶面辊形曲线的作用下,逐渐轧制成形;得到了在楔入段、展宽段变化稳定,精整段呈周期性跳动的轧辊与轧件转速比变化曲线,以及周期性波动的力能参数曲线。A new technology of shaft parts with elliptical section formed by cross wedge rolling was presented. The roller shape curve of dies changed with rotational speed ratio was derived. The forming process of shaft was simulated by using the three-dimension and rigid-plastic FEM software DEFORM-3D. During the course of roiling, while the rolled piece was radial compression and axial elongation under the action of dies, the elliptical profile was gradually generated by the roller shape curve at the top surface of dies. The change curve of rotational speed ratio presented stable at the stage of knifing and stretching, and cyclical fluctuation during finishing stage. Also periodic change mechanics parameter was obtained.
