摘 要:通过分析导柱导套配合间隙对冲裁间隙的影响、冲裁力对冲裁间隙的影响以及导柱导套形位误差对冲裁过程的影响,提出冲裁模中导柱导套设计的一些基本思路和方法,以便克服导柱导套设计的盲目性。根据分析和计算结果,指出设计资料中关于导柱导套配合间隙选择中的欠妥说法,并提出将两导柱中的一导柱设计成棱形导柱以降低导柱导套形位公差要求的可行办法。By analyzing the influences of the blanking force and the fit clearance of guide pillars and guide bushes to the blanking clearance, and the influences of the error of the form and position of guide pillars and guide bushes on the blanking process, some basic mentalities and methods about the design of guide pillars and guide bushes in blanking dies were developed, and how to overcome the designing blindness of guide pillars and guide bushes was pointed out. According to the results of analysis and calulation, the under correction desining information in the manual were pointed out in choosing the fit clearance of guide pillars and guide bushes, and a feasible solution was proposed to reduce the request of the tolarance of the form and position of the guide pillars and guide bushes by designing an lozenge guide pillar of two guide pillars.
