摘 要:主分配器的接力器是300 MN模锻水压机的主要部件之一,其动态性能将影响水压机的操纵性能。采用传递函数法建立主分配器的接力器动态模型,基于Matlab的Simulink工具箱进行仿真。仿真结果表明,接力器活塞速度响应滞后约1 s,振荡一段时间后达到新的稳态值;随着进油腔体积的不断增大,活塞速度动态响应性能得到提高。系统安装时,应调整好进油腔体积,以提高系统动态响应性能。Main distributor's hydraulic servomotor is one of major parts for 300 MN die forging hydraulic press. Its dynamics response characteristic can affect operation performance of the hydraulic press. With the transfer function method, dynamics model of main distributor's hydraulic servomotor was established, and was simulated by Simulink Toolbox of MATLAB software. Simulation result shows that response lag time of piston speed in hydraulic servomotor is about 1 s, and reaches new steady state value after oscillating within some time, dynamics response performance of piston speed is improved with increasing inlet oil reservoir volume, and when hydraulic system is assembled, inlet oil reservoir volume should be adjusted in order to improve dynamics response performance of the systerm.
