摘 要:采用三维刚塑性有限元软件DEFORM-3D对带支撑台的大型厚壁半球形封头的热拉伸工艺进行模拟,研究了拉伸过程中板坯变形特点,获得了成形后封头壁厚分布规律。定量分析了摩擦系数、凹模下圆角半径、凸凹模间隙、毛坯板形等参数对壁厚的影响,确定了合理的工艺参数。在3150 t水压机上进行了1∶3的验证试验,并对试件进行了测量。结果表明,有限元分析计算与试验结果相比误差不超过5%。Three-dimension rigid-plastic finite element software, DEFORM-3D, was used to simulate the hot iforrning processing of lager thick-wall semi sphere head with supporting tables. The deformation characteristics of the blank were researched and the regulation of wall thickness distribution was obtained. Friction coefficient, radius of lower corner of female die, clearance of male and female die and blank shape were analyzed quantitatively and the rational processing parameters were determined. The 1 : 3 scale experiment was done in 3150 t hydraulic press and the test piece was measured. The result shows that the error between simulational and testing data is less than 5 %.
