摘  要:利用Pro/E三维软件,基于同向啮合双螺杆的端面曲线,实现了半固态金属浆料制备所需的双螺杆的三维造型。该双螺杆同向旋转,具有优于普通双螺杆的自清洁功能,相位差90°,间隙均匀,并实现了螺距的变化,可以更好地为金属半固态浆料提供较好的剪切和混合作用,适合于在半固态金属浆料制备中的使用,为精确生产和数值模拟打下了坚实的基础。Based on the envelope line in the terminal plane, the three-dimension model of twin-screw adopted in the preparation of metal semi-solid slurry was studied using the software code Pro/E. The twin-screw rotated in the same direction, and had the ability of self-cleaning, which was the advantage compared to those normal twin-screws. The twin-screw was assembled in the phase difference equals to 90°, and from the schematic plan, the space between them was very uniform. All these features will provide the shearing and mixing ability to the semi-solid slurry, which is benefieial to the glomeration of crystal grain. This work laid a solid foundation for fabricating the device and numerical simulation of metal semi-solid slurry preparation.
