摘 要:目的通过麻醉模拟系统的培训模式加强麻醉危机管理的意识与能力。方法借助三级麻醉模拟设备,将训练方式分为危机事件的应对流程培训、临床实践急救技能的培训及领导团队能力的培训三部分;将学员分为4组,采取各组循环流动培训方式进行相关内容的训练。结果危机事件处理能力培训中分层达标率为8/10,小组达标率为3/4。团队的参与及管理能力培训中分层达标率为6/8;小组达标率为3/4。学员对培训的正向反馈为81%~100%。结论利用麻醉模拟系统对学员进行麻醉危机管理意识的学习与训练可增强麻醉危机事件的管理水平。Objective To increase attention to crisis resource management by anesthetic simulator system. Methods Training modes were divided into three parts: programme of handling crisis events; clinic skills and team work. Trainee were divided into four groups and trained by circular methods. Results In the training of handling crisis events, the passing rate was three quarters in all groups. In the training of the team work, the passing rate was three quarters too. Conclusions Anesthesia simulation system can enhance the management level of anesthesia-related emergent events and it can instruct anesthesiologists to implement the learning and training of anesthesia-related crisis management.
